    $100 per 60 minute session


    I do not accept insurance. Some reasons for not accepting insurance are: A quote for benefits does not guarantee payment. The insurance company could deny your claim; if that happens, you are still responsible for payment. Most insurance companies do not cover couple counseling. What they may cover is a procedural code for a spouse to be present in therapy. Most insurance companies will not pay for Counseling for Marital and Partner Problems. There is also some loss of confidentiality when health insurance is used. Anything that is part of your file becomes a permanent part of your file. This means that if you apply for new health insurance, life insurance, and many types of jobs, they can require an authorization to have you release information. Insurance companies require treatment plans, progress reports, and many other types of personal information to determine what, if anything, they will cover. This type of information about your treatment should be private but if you use insurance, your file is open and available to anyone with access. The average insurance claim passes through fourteen or more people while it is being processed. Insurance companies often only approve a certain number of sessions, even if more are needed. Many insurance companies limit your choice of therapist. They have preferred providers and you must choose one of them.The majority of insurance companies will pay for only 45 minute sessions. When not using insurance, therapy sessions may be 60 minutes to 75 minutes.
    Though insurance is not accepted, I am happy to provide you with statement/invoices that most insurance companies require.


    Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit cards, personal checks and cash.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
