Mediation is a private process that helps people to resolve differences in a positive manner. As mediator, I will not take sides, make decisions for you or act as a judge. As a mediator, my goal is to facilitate open communication in a way that leads the parties to a mutual resolution of the dispute.

Counseling is a process that involves letting the SUN SET on negative ideas or patterns of behavior that are preventing you from having a peaceful and balanced life and letting the SUN RISE on new patterns of thoughts that enable and empower you to fulfill your purpose. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
